Everyone's talking about omnichannel.

While COVID has accelerated the roll-out of functionalities to better connect digital and retail, is the overall experience up to scratch? At Haigo, we like to get to the bottom of things (and the bottom of stores, too). So we wanted to take a closer look, starting with what customers expect and observing how brands are responding in concrete terms. Our aim is simple: to help retailers find their bearings, get inspired and beef up their omnichannel strategies. We analyzed 107 brands in 9 sectors.
