How can we bring about a lasting change in the way young girls perceive and practice sport, while taking into account the realities of their local area?

Working with our colleagues at Yard to understand their day-to-day business, then designing, testing and improving a multi-channel service aimed at getting young girls into sport as part of an unprecedented partnership between an equipment manufacturer and a public player.

Offer a memorable onboarding experience to motivate girls and their parents right from the start.
Combine a digital experience with physical activities to promote the local sports offer and make a lasting impact.
Track adoption to improve the program and offer content adapted to girls aged 7 to 14.
